A Family-Friendly Retreat at Cross KeysDuring our recent stay at Cross Keys, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere and thoughtful amenities tailored for families. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the friendly staff who made us feel at home. The spacious family room was equipped with necessary comforts, including USB sockets and tea-making facilities, ensuring a convenient stay for all. We enjoyed our meals at the pub, savoring the generous portions-my ham, egg, and chips were particularly filling. The kids appreciated their meals and had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also provides a lovely breakfast wrap option, although we had to leave before breakfast. Luckily, the staff prepared a bowl of Greek yogurt and honey for our early departure, a thoughtful touch that made a difference. While my husband and I indulged in the Cider and Cheese Festival that happened during our stay, the hotel's friendly service and ample parking made everything easy. Cross Keys proved to be an inclusive and welcoming retreat for families. We left with cherished memories and would happily return for another visit.
